TALK by: Miguel Angel Delgado Martinez

ENTRY fee: donation.

Unconsciously, we relive our mother’s anxiety. We repeat our father’s disappointments. We replicate the failed relationships of our parents or grandparents.

Just as we inherit our eye colour and blood type, we also inherit the residue from traumatic events that have taken place in our family. While our physical traits are easily discernible, this emotional legacy is often hidden from us. Anxiety, fear, guilt, aloneness, depression, alcoholism and unfulfilled relationships can all be forms of our unconscious inheritance. Unresolved traumas, some going back two or three generations, can ensnare us in feelings and situations that don’t even belong to us. They can forge a blueprint for our life, and can even pass onto our children.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method, developed by Bert Hellinger, that can discover underlying family bonds and forces that have been carried unconsciously over several generations. The technique brings inner family pictures to the outside, lets feel them, get a deep understanding and often find profound lucidity for the physical and mental suffering that has been held unreleased. As we bring them to light we naturally release our entanglements, noticeably feeling relief and inner peace.

Miguel Angel Delgado Martinez is a natural health practitioner, who works with body therapy, acrobatic, capoeira, music, homeopathy,- every tool that helps to get in contact. He began to learn with his first teacher, shaman & psychologist Jose Luis Ornelas in Mexico City. He took Heilpraktiker training in Germany. 4 years ago he began to work with Family Constellations.

Ayahuasca rituals are the most intense, spiritual, emotional, mind-blowing, frightening and loving experience we’ve ever had. The vital part of the ceremonies were the songs which we were singing together with the shaman. Used for generations by ayahuasceros and healers around the world in medicine ceremonies, they not only invoke healing forces to cure and guide us. Like a prayer, they help us remember and nurture the connection with your hearts.

This night we will gather together to sing Ayahuasca songs and relive our incredible experiences. Allon will guide us with guitar and Max will give us a solid ground to fly from with percussion.

You are welcome to send ( or bring to the event lyrics of the songs from your Ayahuasca rituals as well as the music instruments, so that we could share your experiences together.

MEDITATION: Training the Mind
May 31 (Sunday), 21:00-22:30

Every Sunday we gather to meditate together and get some motivation to continue doing it regularly.

Meditation is the most useful skill you can master. It can bring the mind to the end of suffering, something no other skill can do. But it’s also the most subtle and demanding skill there is. It requires all the mental qualities ordinarily involved in mastering a physical skill — mindfulness and alertness, persistence and patience, discipline and ingenuity — but to an extraordinary degree. This is why, when you come to meditation, it’s good to reflect on any skills, crafts, or disciplines you’ve already mastered so that you can apply the lessons they’ve taught you to the training of the mind.
